Technique based climbing coaching
Movement is at the heart of all climbing. Our bodies are wonderfully agile and adaptable. Climbing skill is about utilising our entire body to find lightness, flow and strength.
Pilates form for physical wellbeing
Pilates builds balanced strength and core stability for good alignment and muscle engagement. Using Pilates form as a guide, we can climb better for longer and reduce incidence of injury.
Sensation, emotion, movement and thought are all part of our experience of climbing. It is essential to recognise and incorporate these components into our training to fully enjoy climbing.
