My job is to identify the gap in your climbing and turn it into progress. 



Technique based climbing coaching

Movement is at the heart of all climbing. Our bodies are wonderfully agile and adaptable. Climbing skill is about utilising our entire body to find lightness, flow and strength.



Pilates form for physical wellbeing

Pilates promotes body awareness and appreciation for the capability of our bodies. Use Pilates to build balanced strength and agility to prepare your body to try hard whilst climbing. 



Mental strategies

Sensation, emotion, movement and thought are all part of our experience of climbing. It is essential to recognise and prepare for these elements to fully enjoy climbing.
